Board Skills Matrix

The Nomination Committee has established specific criteria for the recruitment and selection of individuals possessing knowledge, capabilities, skills, and experience that are beneficial to the Company’s business or current industry. These areas of expertise include Business Media, Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, and Law. Furthermore, the Committee fosters Board Diversity by taking into account gender, race, and religion, with the aim of integrating diverse perspectives and competencies necessary for the driving of the Company’s business.

To implement this, the Committee has developed a Board Skills Matrix which is reviewed annually alongside the results of the Board of Directors’ performance evaluation. This process ensures maximum benefit in determining qualifications for nominating new directors and enhancing the development of current directors.
