Roles and Responsibilities of Investor Relations (IR)

  1. Information Disclosure: Disclose significant and essential information for investment decision-making in a complete, accurate, sufficient, timely, and equitable manner to all stakeholders, taking into account the best interests of the stakeholders in accordance with relevant regulations.

  2. Accessibility: Provide opportunities for stakeholders to conveniently access information and make inquiries.

  3. Insider Information & Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality; refrain from disclosing or utilizing any non-public inside information of the Company for personal gains and/or improper benefits of others.

  4. Integrity & Professionalism: Perform duties with honesty, integrity, and professionalism without any form of discrimination.

  5. Blackout Period: Refrain from trading the Company’s securities during the Blackout Period, in strict compliance with the Company’s Insider Trading Policy.

  6. Regulatory Compliance: Strictly comply with laws, notifications, rules, regulations, and guidelines stipulated by relevant regulatory authorities, such as the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), as well as the Company’s articles of association and internal policies.
